The CRM platform HubSpot was already being used very successfully in the marketing area.<\/p><h3>Growth Ninjas Solution<\/h3><p>At the beginning, it was important to understand yuutel&#8217;s goals and the requirements of the Sales &amp; Service teams in order to deduce the suitability of HubSpot for this area as well and to create a roadmap for implementation. The IT department was also involved from the very beginning, as the existing billing system had to be connected directly to HubSpot. Data should be seamlessly synchronized without manual double entry and media discontinuity.  <\/p><p>In the project, we ensured a successful implementation through a mix of sessions in the core team, agreed implementation packages, configuration and data transfer in HubSpot, and specific hands-on training of the employees in Sales &amp; Service.<\/p><h3>Project result &amp; customer benefit<\/h3><p>yuutel was able to achieve the following goals:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A unified IT platform across the entire customer lifecycle: Marketing, Sales &amp;
